Daily/Monthly System Support
We have created an exceptional system monitoring process for our clients that enables daily and monthly activity support. Depending on the timeframe the program is to run, messages and alerts take place in the system to notify the respectable personnel of the activity progress. If your facility is on a daily support contract, our programming and consultant team are dedicated to filtering messages as they arise and in constant communication with your point people to report any and all data. If your facility is opting for the day-end or month-end support contract, our team is in place for program assistance or facilitation of the required tasks.
