With each implementation project, not only do you have a designated expert to your specific software needs, you also have a Project Manager overseeing the complete implementation. With hands-on approaches, complete resources at your disposal, and consistent communication, our Project Management services will ensure all deadlines and expectations during the course of the implementation will be promptly delivered.

Each Project Manager will work with your organization leadership to determined and identify the project scope, whether it’s a small or a large-scale project.  CCC PM’s will analyze the risks and scope to anticipate any unforeseen issues that could interfere with the project go-live date.

Planning and managing the steps are key for success and CCC has the software to correctly manage the timeframe for each component of the project.

      • Define project requirements and scope
      • Identify Objectives and Deliverables
      • Define project tasks to include associated timeline and milestone tasks
      • Analyze risks associated with project and timeline
      • Identify and manage project resource requirements
      • Implement Change control processes
      • Project Tracking and reporting – Issue Tracking, regular meetings with client, project status reports and Budgetary tracking reports

CCC’s consultants have exceptional relationships with the Project Management team and are well trained in assigning, as well as, managing the resources, tasks, and timeline of the project. Each consultant and team meet regularly with the PM to provide timely reporting of their updates so your organization is kept up to date with high-level details as well as more specific reports and information.

Your time is valuable and in partnership with our Project Managers, your implementation project will be managed with professionalism, detailed urgency with deadlines, and a full circle approach for a successful completion of the project. Consultant hours are tracked at many levels to ensure teams are reaching their goals as assigned and staying within the designated budget for resources.
