The integrity of your data is one of our top priorities. We know the importance of keeping all of your confidential information as secure as possible. Our consultants will be working hand and hand with your team to properly analyze all required raw data that must be kept for the software transition. We will identify any issues with the raw data we find as well as recommend solutions on how to address the findings with the raw data. CCC provides simple and easy to read reports of all raw data for analysis. During the implementation project, our consultants will be reviewing all of your data through secure measures. You can rest assured that all analysis will be kept confidential.
The analysis process will be a prime opportunity to strengthen any reports, procedures, or policies your company has for implementation. It’s also an opportunity to analyze if items should no longer be used. At CCC, we have resources from our knowledge base to help with any transition items as well as new procedures to implement.
During the beginning of the of implementation project, our CCC consultants will do a thorough report analysis to match up your existing reports to the MedSeries4® system. Our standard system reports and processes will optimize your implementation project for a seamless transition. If there are situations where a custom report is needed, our team will continue to review and analyze the best approach to replace specific items your organization has and will continue to need.
